Please note that delivery times are provided only as an indication for orders where all items are available at the time of order. Unexpected delays from our mail carriers may affect the times stated here.

Delivery times (Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra Metropolitan Areas)
Standard delivery (Parcel Post) - Same state delivery in 2-4 business days, 3-6 business days for interstate.*

Express delivery (Express Post) - Same state delivery in 1-2 business days, 1-3 business days for interstate.*

*While we endeavour to meet this timetable, the actual delivery speed depends on where in each state/territory the item is being posted from/to, and the level of congestion in our delivery network at the time. All delivery times are based on the number of business days items take to arrive following the day of posting. Some rural areas have longer delivery times.

 

Refunds & Returns Policy

If, for any reason, you're not happy with an item purchased via our website, contact us to arrange a Return Authorisation, and then return the item in new condition within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping).
